Quality Control

Quality assurance is an integral part of our company’s drive to exceed your expectations. We take it very seriously. QA at Oklahoma Plastic Is a three-step process:

• A visual inspection is performed by our trained machine operators on every part that is made.
• The parts are then randomly inspected once again by our QA personnel at the machine once every hour, and any rejects are logged.
• The acceptable parts are boxed, counted, labeled and moved to our quality control department where they are prepared for shipment.
• Each machine has visual aid for our staff to gauge product being produced against the guidelines established by YOU the CUSTOMER during our Product Master Process Control meeting.
• Closed Loop Process Control means that we receive feedback on every part produced to insure our process is in compliance with the Master Process Parameters we established.

Master Process Sheet
Each product goes through a rigorous mold examination during the first initial start-up in order to develop our “MASTER PROCESS SHEET”. These are our guidelines throughout the life of the product. Before a machine parameter can be changed it must be approved by a member of management team. If the process parameter change if approved, it will be recorded to show when the change was made, why the change was made and who approved the change. We feel that process documentation is the KEY component to process traceability and a reliable quality product.
